The Parents and Citizens (P & C) Association provides the opportunity for parents and carers to join together with school staff and work in partnership in the delivery of curriculum, teaching and learning to provide the best outcomes for students. The P & C and it's sub-committees assist in providing additional resources for the benefit of students.
Currently meetings are held on the third Monday of the month during school terms at 5.30pm in the staff room. All parents, carers and interested wider community members are welcome.
Uniform shop
Our school uniform shop is operated by the P&C volunteers. It is currently open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during school terms from 2.45pm to 3.15pm.
Up-to-date order form uniform shop order form (pdf). is also available at the uniform shop or the school office.
If you are unable to visit the shop during these times, orders may be left at the office with a deposit and these will be collected by the P&C volunteers regularly. Ordered items may be collected from the office or alternatively, if full payment has been made, orders may be sent home with students.
Baseball caps and bucket hats may be purchased from the school office at any time.
Retail outlet Brynorms in Richmond also carry a range of our uniforms for your convenience.
Canteen
Our school canteen is operated by Bellissimo Canteen Services.
The school canteen is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 2.00pm.
The preferred method of payment is via the online ordering system "Munch Monitor' for recess and lunch orders. You can have a credit on the account and receive a reminder when the account requires topping up or pay when the order is placed. Instructions on how to sign up to 'Munch Monitor' and the canteen menu are available through the links below.
If you need to pay using cash, orders must be handed into the school office before 9.00am. Orders must be in a labelled envelope/paper bag with the students name, class order and correct money enclosed (if possible).
A range of snacks is also available over the counter during recess and lunch.
